With the nineteenth pick of the 2007 NFL Draft, the Cincinnati Bengals selected cornerback Leon Hall.
Hall is a hard worked that never gives up. He does a tremendous job chasing down ball carriers on the ground, as well as having smooth coverage. He won't play bump and run, but he can intercept balls that are thrown on the shorter routes, also allowing him to make sound tackles.
When Hall gets burned, it's hard for him to recover. That will really hurt him at first in the NFL, especially against receivers that know how to put on a double move. However, he is still athletic and will understand how to compensate for his weaknesses.
Hopefully this defensive player won't end up like most of the other Bengals: in trouble with the law.
