The following Terms of Service represent a legal
agreement between you and PFCritics. You agree to these terms when browsing
the contents of the site. This site is not affiliated with the NFL, and no harm is intended in relation to the content on our page. I.
Columns/Opinions/News: All columns and opinions placed on this site may not be
used anywhere else unless a link is placed on the site with full credit to
PFCritics and the person who wrote it.
II. Web Design: You agree not to copy any
portion of PFCritics design to your own site unless given permission to do
so.
III. Fan Information: By sending us any fan
information by E-Mail, such as fan columns, artwork, features, or anything
else, you give permission to PFCritics to be able to display the work on our
site. However if you ask for it to be removed, we will do so.
IV. Artwork and Features: Any artwork or
features from PFCritics displayed on the site must be given credit to if
used on any other site.
V. Contentual Featues: Any information such as player profile descriptions, power rankings, predictions, etc. must be credited to PFCritics.Com when being displayed elsewhere.
VI. Failure to Comply to these terms as well
as other obvious and/or common sense towards PFCritics will go in this
process:
1. We will politely send you an email and give you several days. We
understand that people may not have read these and we are reasonable.
2. After no response or a refusal, further action will be taken.
