The former third choice in the NFL draft back in 1999 will be playing in NFL Europe to try and bring his career back. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed Smith, who started his career with the Bengals.

At Cincinnati, Smith really struggled, going 215 of 461 for 2,212 yards, five touchdowns and 13 interceptions.

Smith will play for the Frankfurt Galaxy in NFL Europe.
