For some reason, a good amount of Baltimore Raven players seem to get in trouble often. Second-year kick returner B.J. Sams has joined that list after being charged with a DUI.
Sams was clocked at 89 mph when driving in a 55-mph area near Baltimore. Police said that Sams was polite and cooperative throughout the incident though.
Last year, Sams became the Ravens' punt and kick returner as a rookie. He turned out to be a gem, after being drafted in the sixth round. He also saved several punts from going into the end zone when the Ravens punted, downing the ball inside the five.
