The Cincinnati Bengals have signed wide receiver and kick returner Antonio Chatman to a two-year deal. Chatman has spent the past three years with the Green Bay Packers, and was in the Arena Football League for two years before that.

The Bengals had success with Tab Perry in the kick return game last year, but Chatman gives them more depth. Chatman was able to step up last year when the Packers were full of injuries. He was second on the team with 49 catches for 549 yards and five touchdowns.

He fielded 45 punts last year and averaged 8.5 yards a return. He also had an 85-yard touchdown return against the Chicago Bears last year. The Bengals only averaged 5.6 yards on punt returns last year, which was 31st in the league.
