Cleveland, OH. (PFCritics) -- The Kansas City Chiefs signed second-round draft pick Bernard Pollard Friday, the fourth pick to sign with the team so far. Pollard, a safety from Purdue, will try to help a Chiefs defense that has really struggled the past couple of season.

During his college career, Pollard recorded 254 tackles, one sack, and four interceptions. He also blocked five kicks on special teams, where he could be a big contributor for the Chiefs. Pollard is 6-foot-1, and weighs 224 pounds.
