The Denver Broncos enjoyed how the Browns defensive line turned out for them last year, and they want to hold on to them. The Broncos re-signed defensive end Gerard Warren to a six-year deal, making Warren's "Big Money" catchphrase seem accurate.

Warren had 44 tackles and three sacks for the Broncos last year. If Warren turned out to be a flop like he had been in Cleveland, the Broncos would have probably let him go.

"Gerard joined our team in 2005 and made an immediate impact on the defensive front," said team general manager Ted Sundquist. "Players of his ability are very difficult to come by, and ensuring that Gerard remained a Bronco was one of our top offseason priorities."

Warren was originally the third overall pick in the draft by the Browns in 2001. After not living up to his expectations, he has revived his career in Denver for the time being.
