Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Brodrick Bunkley missed the team's flight to Indianapolis Saturday, causing more trouble for the first-year player. Bunkley had to pay for his own ticket Saturday and fly later on. Bunkley reportedly arrived before the team's meetings that day, but he's still likely to receive a fine and may not even play tonight against Peyton Manning and the Colts.
Back in training camp, Bunkley caused a stir-up after he held out for awhile. He has hardly been an impact on the field, and can be considered one of the "busts" from the first round this season so far. His playing time decreased last week, and after missing a flight yesterday, chances are that he won't see extended time today.
