The Denver Broncos have re-signed safety John Lynch to a two-year extension through the 2008 season. Financial terms are not yet known. Lynch, a seven-time Pro Bowler, joined the Broncos in 2004.

Before joining the Broncos, Lynch played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He will be entering his 14th season and is 34 years old. Lynch was healthy last year, starting in all 16 games for Denver.
