The Denver Broncos have released tight ends Byron Chamberlain and Jed Weaver. Both players were expected to compete for the starting job and replace the retired Shannon Sharpe.

Jeb Putzier, Patrick Hape, and Mike Leach are the fullbacks on their team still.
