On Thursday, the Cleveland Browns signed linebacker Orlando Ruff, who has spent the past two seasons with the New Orleans Saints.

In two years, Ruff started in 18 games for the Saints. Last year, he had 70 tackle and one interception. Before he was with the Saints, Ruff played four seasons in San Diego.
