Despite an early scare, Plaxico Burress is fine for the moment. Many fans and teammates began to panic as Burress appeared injured after going for a reception from QB Jesse Palmer. Burress was on the ground for five minutes, being attended to by medical staff, before leaving in a golf cart.

After being examined by the medical staff, it was determined that he was ok. He went out and continued to play in the later practice with Eli Manning. Burress said his knee is sore, but nothing significant that he can't work through.
