The Arizona Cardinals received terrible news in finding out that outside linebacker Chike Okeafor would likely miss the entire season due to a torn biceps tendon. Okeafor had surgery on Tuesday to reattach the tendon. The recovery time for such an injury is usually four months, so it may not be worth taking the chance.
Okeafor will now be replaced in the starting lineup by either Darryl Blackstock or Calvin Pace. Another injury suffered involved right tackle Oliver Ross, who could also have season ending surgery soon.
