Cleveland, OH. (PFCritics) -- The Minnesota Vikings signed second-round draft pick Cedric Griffin to a four-year deal. Griffin is the first of the team's three second-round picks to sign so far. He was selected with the 48th overall pick in the draft.
Griffin, a cornerback from Texas, won a national championship with them this past season. He will compete for playing time on the Vikings, and will attend training camp on July 27th. The Vikings are still waiting on first-round linebacker Chad Greenway, second-round quarterback Tarvaris Jackson, and second-round center Ryan Cook to sign deals.
