Could it be that the San Diego Chargers have the best depth at the quarterback position in football? The Chargers acquired QB A.J. Feely from the Miami Dolphins in exchange for QB Cleo Lemon and an undisclosed draft pick.

The Chargers probably chose to acquire Feely in a move that looks ahead to next season. The Chargers may get rid of Brees of QB Phillip Rivers, a first-rounder from last year.

Feely became the team's third-string quarterback on the Dolphins after competing for the starting role. He lost the job to Gus Frerotte.
