The San Diego Chargers have signed former Green Bay Packers defensive back Bhawoh Jue to a three-year deal. Jue is expected to compete for the starting free safety job with the Chargers.

The Chargers have also been in contact with return specialist Allen Rossum, a pro-bowler for the Atlanta Falcons.
