For the 2006-2007 football season, play-by-play analyst Cris Collinsworth will be joining NBC, a move that also means he will no longer be with FOX after this season.

Collinsworth will call the Sunday Night Football games next season along with Madden, who will also be joining NBC. Collinsworth was with NBC from 1990-1996 before joining FOX. Collinsworth has worked well with Troy Aikman and Joe Buck on FOX for the past few years.

The move means that Al Michaels will not be re-joining Madden after this season. It's not known whether Michaels will stay with Monday Night Football, or join another network.
