-
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Troy Walters broke his arm in the preseason game against the New York Jets.

Walters was trying to catch a deep pass from Peyton Manning, when Jets safety Jon McGraw ran into him hard near his shoulder area.

Colts head coach Tony Dungy said after the game that Walters will miss months of action, and possibly the whole season.

Walters was probably going to be the Colts fourth wide receiver on the depth chart behind Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne, and Brandon Stokley. Last year, Walters had 36 receptions for 456 yards and three touchdowns.
