-
Dallas Cowboys head coach Wade Phillips added two people to his staff Wednesday by hiring Ray Sherman and John Garrett.

Sherman will become the team's receivers coach. He was the Tennessee Titans receivers coach for the past two seasons. He has also had coaching experience with the Green Bay Packers, Cincinnati Bengals, and Arizona Cardinals. Sherman will have the wonderful task of working with wide receiver Terrell Owens.

Meanwhile, Garrett will coach the Cowboys tight ends. He has been the receivers coach for the University of Virginia for the past three seasons.
