The Dallas Cowboys have signed running back Emmitt Smith to a one year deal. The move does not mean Smith will play this season. Smith wanted to retire with the team he spent most of his career with, and he got his wish.

Of course, the possibility of Smith deciding to come back some time is still there for Smith.
