The Atlanta Falcons have lost rookie cornerback DeAngelo Hall for six to ten weeks to a small fracture on the side of his hip. Hall was the 8th overall pick in the draft.

The play he was injured on was when he tried to deflect a ball thrown towards Cincinnati wide receiver Chad Johnson. He was said to be in pain after the play happened.

Last year, the Falcons had a horrible passing game and really needed to upgrade on defense, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen now.
