The Miami Dolphins hired two coaches on Wednesday – safeties coach Brett Maxie and wide receivers coach Terry Robiskie. Maxie has spent the past three seasons as the Atlanta Falcons defensive backs coach, under the unit that hasn’t been the greatest. Meanwhile, Robiskie had spent the past six seasons with the Cleveland Browns. He has coached in the NFL for a total of 25 years, and has recorded two interim head-coaching terms – once in 2000 with the Washington Redskins, and again in 2004 with the Browns. Robiskie worked well early in his years with the Browns, but the drops among receivers have continued to add up lately for Cleveland.

The Dolphins also retained special teams coach Keith Armstrong, who had been with the team for the past six seasons.
