Tennessee Titans WR Drew Bennett may be out longer than two weeks as originally projected. Bennett underwent surgery to repair his dislocated left thumb.
Titans' head coach Jeff Fished said that Bennett will be re-evaluated in two weeks, but thumb injuries can last up to six weeks sometimes.
The Titans may wait until after their Week 10 bye before Bennett returns. Losing Bennett will be a huge blow for quarterback Steve McNair. Bennett already has caught 407 yards and a touchdown this year.
