The Philadelphia Eagles re-signed their fifth free agent this offseason- RB Correll Buckhalter. Returning from a knee injury, the 6'0 217 pound running back rushed 345 yards and two touchdowns in 2006. He also had 256 yards receiving on 24 catches last year.

The player from Nebraska was taken in the fourth round of the 2001 draft. But of his six NFL seasons, he has missed three years due to knee injuries.

Buckhalter, backup to starting running back Brian Westbrook, has averaged 4.4 yards per carry in his career, totaling 1,473 rushing yards.
