Cleveland, OH. (PFCritics) -- The Jackonville Jaguars signed cornerback Dee Webb to a four-year deal on Monday. Surprisingly, he was the first pick to sign with the Jaguars this season, even though most teams are about to start training camp. More signigns are expected from the Jaguars in the coming days.

Webb, a seventh-rounder from the University of Florida, is playing for his hometown team. The Jaguars will open camp on Friday, and still need to sign five of their draft picks.
