Todd France will take over kicking duties for the Giants, at least to start the season. France beat out Bill Gramatica, who was just cut by the Giants. Unless the Giants sign some veteran kicker before the season starts, France will be the guy.

The Giants also waived wide receiver JaJuan Dawson.
