-
The New York Gians signed first-round draft pick Mathias Kiwanuka to a five-year deal on Thursday worth about $7 million. Kiwanuka played for Boston College and recorded 32.5 sacks over his past three seasons. He will compete for playing time between two talented defensive ends in Michael Strahan and Osi Umenyiora. That doesn't even include Justin Tuck, another solid player.

The Giants have already signed wide receiver Sinorice Moss to a deal.
