After going back and forth in deciding who to franchise between quarterback Matt Hasselbeck and running back Shaun Alexander, the team has made thier decision.
Hasselbeck signed a six year deal with the team, eliminating the thought of him becoming a free agent. Alexander was franchised, giving him a one year deal for about $6.3 million.
Alexander and Hasselbeck are the most consistent players on the teams offense, but now they need receivers that can hold on to the football.
