New York Jets linebacker Sam Cowart will miss 4-6 weeks after spraining a ligament in his left knee. Jets rookie linebacker Jonathon Vilma will start in his place. Vilma isn't as good as Cowart yet, but it's nice that the Jets have a good replacement for him right away.
