The Cleveland Browns learned that wide receiver Joe Jurevicius will miss the next four to six weeks due to broken ribs. Jurevicius broke his ribs after making a fourth-down leaping catch in the first half. The play was called back due to a holding penalty.

Jurevicius will have an MRI today, and the Browns will have to find another receiver in the mean time. He was supposed to be a possession receiver, something the Browns sorely needed in the second half. Joshua Cribbs had to replace Jurevicius during the second half as our third receiver, and he didn't look too good.

In other Browns injury news, defensive lineman Nick Eason injured his right ankle, and blocking tight end Darnell Dinkins suffered a left hamstring injury.

Travis Wilson was inactive for the game, and unless we sign another receiver this week, he'll probably be our fourth receiver next week. If the Browns want to, we could bring Frisman Jackson back to the team (or, we could just activate Kendrick Mosley from the practice squad). Cleveland faces the Bengals next week, a team Jackson thrived against. Also, if Eason's injury is serious, we may see Babatunde Oshinowo activated from the practice squad.
