- Junior Seau Will Play Again Next Season

Before signing a one-year deal with the New England Patriots, Junior Seau took a brief retirement for the summer. After suffering a broken arm than ended his season November 26th against the Chicago Bears, many thought that it would be the final game of his career. Instead, he looks like Seau plans on returning next season for his 18th year in the league.

"I'm going to be back," he said. "I don't know which helmet I'll wear, but I'm definitely going to be back."

Before suffering the injury, Seau had recorded 69 tackles for Patriots. He proved that he still has what he takes to compete in the NFL on a regular basis, and should draw interest from playoff-potential teams next season if the Patriots do not choose to retain him.
