After signing tight end Robert Royal, the Bills signed defensive tackle Larry Tripplett to a contract. Tripplett was with the Indianapolis Colts the past few seasons. Last year, Triplett had 24 tackles and four sacks.
The Bills needed a defensive tackle after they disposed of Sam Adas. Tripplett will likely become a starter for the Bills. Tripplett, a second-round pick from 2002, only started four games for the Colts last year. With a full season as a starter, his production should improve.
