UPDATED: 7:22 PM EST

UPDATED: 6:51 PM EST

Buffalo Bills: RB Fred Jackson, RB Lionel Gates, FB Alan Ricard, FB Jon Goldsberry, WR George Wilson, WR Jonathan Smith, TE Brad Cieslak, OG Justin Geisinger, OG Jason Thomas, OG Greg Jerman, DL Jason Jefferson, DL Ryan Neill, DL Jason Hall, DL Lauvale Sape, LB Joe Odom, LB Wendell Hunter, LB Liam Ezekiel, FS Rashad Baker, S Jim Leonhard, CB Eric Bassey, and CB Eric King.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: RB Derek Watson, FB Rick Razzano, FB Carey Davis, WR Edell Shepherd, WR Chas Gessner, TE Mark Anelli, TE Tim Massaquoi, T Scott Jackson, T Torrin Tucker, G Toniu Fonoti, OL Jonathan Clinkscale, DT Jon Bradley, DT Anthony Bryant, DE Andrew Williams, DT Keith Wright, DE Charles Bennett, LB Marquis Cooper, LB Anthony Trucks, S Steve Cargile, S Donte Nicholson, CB James Patrick, and CB Dwight Ellick.
PFC Analysis: A little surprised to see Shepherd get the boot.

UPDATED: 6:37 PM EST

Green Bay Packers: RB Najeh Davenport, FB Ben Brown, WR Carlton Brewster, WR Cory Rodgers, WR Chris Francies, WR Rod Gardner, TE Zac Alcorn, C Pete Traynor, G Tupe Peko, DE Dave Tollefson, DE Kenny Peterson, LB Tim Goodwell, LB Roy Manning, S Jeremy Modkins, S Tra Boger, S Atari Bigby, CB Patrick Dendy, CB Antonio Malone, and K E.J. Cochrane.
PFC Analysis: Wowser. I did not expect Najeh Davenport or Rod Gardner to be cut. I guess the Packers are satisfied with Ahman Green. Look for both men to find new teams, and the Packers to sign another receiver.

UPDATED: 6:30 PM EST

Philadelphia Eagles: QB Timmy Chang, WR Jabar Gaffney, WR Michael Gasperson, WR Bill Sampy, WR Darnerien McCants, WR Justin Jenkins, TE Andy Thorn, TE Stephen Spach, G Trey Darilek, DE Darrell Lee, DT Keyonta Marshall, LB Torrance Daniels, LB Dedrick Roper, CB J.R. Reed, CB Donald Strickland, CB Matt Ware, and CB Dexter Wynn.
PFC Analysis: Seeing the Eagles cut Gaffney and McCants with their WR depth was surprising somewhat. Dexter Wynn will find a place elsewhere.

UPDATED: 6:06 PM EST

Tennessee Titans: QB Matt Mauck, RB Quinton Ganther, FB Troy Fleming, TE Ben Hall, WR Tyrone Calico, WR Grant Mattos, TE Jamie Petrowski, C Joel Rodriguez, OG Cody Douglas, OT Brad Rhoades, OL Mike Erickson, DL Sean Conover, DL Chris Herring, DL Tim Thompson, DL Jeff Littlejohn, DL Copeland Bryan, LB Kyle McKenzie, LB Marcus Randall, LB Terna Nande, CB Keon Raymond, and CB Antoine Harris.
PFC Analysis: They've finally given up on Calico. Mauck had to be cut after signing Collins.

Minnesota Vikings: QB J.T. O'Sullivan, QB Mike McMahon, RB Adimchinobe Echemandu, FB Steven Jackson, WR Kevin Kasper, WR Josh Davis, WR Ryan Hoag, TE Richard Angulo, OT Donald Penn, C Jason Palermo, DT Eric Taylor, DE DeQuincy Scott, DE Khreem Smith, LB Kyle McKenzie, LB Rod Davis, S Willie Offord, CB Tony Beckham, CB Charles Gordon, and CB Dustin Fox.
PFC Analysis: Someone may be interested in McMahon as a backup still.

UPDATED: 5:42 PM EST

San Francisco 49ers: QB Gibran Hamdan, RB Terry Jackson, FB Zak Keasey, WR Rasheed Marshall, WR Marcus Maxwell, WR Jason McAddley, WR Otis Amey, TE Terry Jones Jr., OT Sam Wilder, OT Bobby Harris, OT Tavares Washington, OG Ben Sobieski, DE Lance Legree, DE Scott Scharff, DT Bobby Payne, LB James Maxwell, LB Bobby Iwuchukwu, LB Corey Smith, LB Sarth Benoit, CB Kris Richard, CB Derrick Johnson, and P Tom Rouen.

UPDATED: 5:28 PM EST

Atlanta Falcons: RB Marlion Jackson, FB John Pannozzo, FB Kevin Dudley, WR Robert Redd, WR Jerome Pathon, WR Troy Bergeron, WR Jamin Elliot, TE Jason Randall, OT Chris McGee, C Brian Ferentz, C Toby Cecil, OT Shawn Draper, DE Josh Savage, DT Michael Bozeman, DT Chad Lavalais, DT Chad Lavalais, LB Travis Williams, S Nick Turnbull, CB Leigh Torrence, P Tony Yelk, and K Miro Kesic.
PFC Analysis: One kicker on the team, means Michael Koenan will indeed triple dury. Pathon once had high hopes, and could be a guy who lands elsewhere.

UPDATED: 5:24 PM EST

Minnesota Vikings: OL Chris Liewienski and OL Adam Goldberg.
PFC Analysis: Both linemen aren't too bad and will likely have a new home rather quickly.

UPDATED: 4:49 PM EST

Jacksonville Jaguars: RB Rich Alexis, WR Randy Hymes, WR Fred Stamps, WR Charles Sharon, TE Todd Yoder, TE Greg Estandia, OT Wayne Hunter, C Brett Romberg, OT Ryan Gibbons, OG Shannon Snell, OG Derrick Fletcher, DE Jim Davis, DL Walter Curry, DT Anthony Maddox, DE James Wyche, LB Brian Iwuh, FS Jamaal Fudge, CB David Richardson, CB Trestin George, CB Edorian McCullough, and LS Andre Economos.

Houston Texans: OT Seth Wand.
PFC Analysis: He was battling with rookie Charles Spencer for the starting left tackle position. If he clears waivers, there is a very good chance that he'll re-sign with the Texans under a new contract.

UPDATED: 4:25 PM EST - NOTE: Cuts will be flying in now, since it's the deadline. It may take me a little longer to get some cuts out, but I'll still be listing everything.

Arizona Cardinals: RB Damien Anderson, FB James Hodgins, FB John Bronson, WR Carlyle Holiday, WR Todd Watkins, WR Greg Lee, WR Michael Spurlock, TE Eric Edwards, OT Alan Reuber, C Shawn Lynch, DL Tyler King, DT Tim Bulman, LB Issac Keys, LB Mark Brown, S Chris Harrell, CB Dyshod Carter, CB Jay McCareins, CB Justin Wyatt, and CB Darrell Hunter.
PFC Analysis: Nothing too surprising.

UPDATED: 4:13 PM EST

Dallas Cowboys:

QB Matt Baker, RB Keylon Kincade, WR Terrance Copper, WR Skyler Green, WR Damarius Bilbo, OL D'Anthony Batiste, OT Rob Petitti, DE Stephen Bowen, and LB Rocky Boiman.
PFC Analysis: Rob Petitti wouldn't be a bad pickup somewhere else.

UPDATED: 3:37 PM EST

New York Giants:
FB Tony Jackson, TE Wade Fletcher, TE Darcy Johnson, OG Kevin McAlmont, DE Willie Evans, DT Marcus Green, LB Nick McNeil, S Charlie Peprah, and S Quentin Harris.
PFC Analysis: No real surprises here.

Denver Broncos: RB Ron Dayne, WR Darius Watts, and OL Dwayne Carswell.
PFC Analysis: These moves happened a little bit earlier actually, but I was waiting for some more cuts to be named first. Dayne wasn't too much of a surprise after the emergence of Mike Bell. Also, it seems anyone can work in the Broncos running game. Dayne's chances were hurt by his injury during camp. Watts was very unexpected though, as he was expected to be the team's third or fourth receiver due to the trade of Ashley Lelie.

UPDATED: 3:20 PM EST

Baltimore Ravens: QB Brian St. Pierre, QB Drew Olson, WR Romby Bryant, TE Rob Abiamiri, DL Ryan LaCasse, DL Nick Leaders, LB Dennis Haley, LB Tim Johnson, CB Jamaine Winborne
PFC Analysis: In the team's second batch of cuts on the day, there isn't anything too surprising.

UPDATED: 2:50 PM EST

Cleveland Browns: QB Darrell Hackney, RB Lee Suggs, FB Corey McIntyre, WR Frisman Jackson, WR Kendrick Mosley, TE John Owens, C Ross Tucker, OL Dave Yovanovits, OG Andrew Hoffman, DE Darrell Campbell, NT Babatunde Oshinowo, LB Justin Kerpeikis, LB Nick Speegle, CB Pete Hunter, CB Jereme Perry, CB Therrian Fontenot, and S Andrew Pace.
PFC Analysis: Frisman Jackson is a five year veteran, and Lee Suggs will find a place elsewhere. Ross Tucker was a surprise cut, since he was penciled in as the team's starting center.

Cincinnati Bengals: RB DeDe Dorsey, FB Chris Manderino, FB Naufahu Tahi, WR P.K. Sam, WR Reggie McNeal, WR Glenn Holt, TE Darnell Sanders, TE David Jones, TE Ronnie Ghent, OT Pete Lougheed, OG Kyle Takavitz, OG Nate Livings, C Ben Wilkerson, DE Eric Henderson, and S John Busing.

UPDATED: 2:09 PM EST

St. Louis Rams: QB Dave Ragone, RB Moe Williams, RB Fred Russell, WR Dominique Thompson, TE Jerome Collins, OG Tony Palmer, DL Brian Howard, DL Tim Sandidge, LB Tim McGarigle, CB DeJuan Groce.
PFC Analysis: Moe Williams, a veteran runner, could be picked up by a team that needs depth. Dave Ragone, who was traded for, didn't work out for the Rams. They'll go with Ryan Fitzpatrick instead.

UPDATED: 2:05 PM EST

Pittsburgh Steelers:
QB Omar Jacobs, QB Shane Boyd, RB Cedric Humes, FB Branden Joe, FB John Kuhn, WR Walter Young, WR Lee Mays, TE Charles Davis, TE John Dekker, OT Brandon Torrey, DE Orien Harris, DE Shaun Nua, DT Scott Paxson, LB Ron Stanley, LB Richard Seigler, FS Mike Lorello, CB Anthony Madison, and P Mike Barr.
PFC Analysis: Omar Jacobs is somewhat of a surprise cut. If the Steelers can't get him on their practice squad, they'll be sorry. Quincy Morgan also made the team, as did veteran running back Duce Staley, who hopes to be actually used this season.

UPDATED: 1:14 PM EST

Detroit Lions: RB Artose Pinner, WR Charles Rogers, WR Glenn Martinez, WR Devale Ellis, TE Sean McHugh, TE Dave Pearson, C Fred Matua, OT Kelly Butler, OT Clint Stickdorn, Brock Gutierrez, DL Damian Gregory, DL Marcus Parker, DL Cleveland Pinkney, DL Lynn McGruder, LB James Davis, LB James Hargrave, S Marcus Demps, CB Dee McCann, and CB Harrison Smith.
PFC Analysis: Well, it has been expected for a couple of weeks, and Rogers is the first of the three infamous 1st round receivers for the Lions to get the pink slip. Mike Williams played better in training camp and the preseason, and Rogers just had too many issues. It's tough to see whether or not another team will take a shot with Rogers, but if he is utilized right and gets his act together, he can still help a football team in the NFL.

UPDATED: 1:06 PM EST

New Orleans Saints: QB Adrian McPherson, TE Zach Hilton, TE Billy Miller, DE Jimmy Verdon, DL Joe Minucci, DE Javon Nanton, LB Colby Bockwoldt, LB Jay Foreman, CB Grant Mason, and CB Josh Lay.
PFC Analysis: I am very surprised to see Hilton cut, a man who I was expecting to be the sleeper tight end of the year, especially with Drew Brees on the Saints now. McPherson was also cut, the quarterback who got run over by a mascot.

Baltimore Ravens: WR Travis LaTendresse, TE Bobby Blizzard, C Thatcher Szalay, OT Rob Droege, DT Remi Ayodele, DE Roderick Green, LB Jimmy Cottrell, SS Robb Butler, CB Duvol Thompson, K Aaron Elling, and P Leo Araguz.
PFC Analysis: Sam Koch will be the new punter for the Ravens.

UPDATED: 12:06 PM EST

Houston Texans: QB Cody Pickett, QB Quinton Porter, RB Antowain Smith, FB Nick Luchey, WR Richie Ross, WR Jake Schifino, TE Aaron Halterman, OL David Loverne, OL Chris Watton, DE Jeff Charleston, DE Earl Cochran, DE Darrell Wright, LB Sam Cowart, LB Kenneth Pettway, LB Courtney Watson, S Kevin Curtis, S John Walker, CB Tramon Williams and CB Mark Estelle.
PFC Analysis: Antowain Smith, who was with the Super Bowl winning Patriots a few years back, was not able to win a backup job. For any teams that are having depth problems, Smith may be an adequate veteran.

Chicago Bears: RB Andre Hall, WR Craig Bragg, WR Mark Philmore, OL Steve Edwards, G Travis Leffew, DT Delbert Cowsette, LB Jeremy Cain, S Jason Harmon, CB Dion Byrum, CB Abraham Elimimian, and CB Carlos Hendricks.
PFC Analysis: Antonio Garay, who made an interception in the final preseason game and did well throughout the end of the game, was not cut by the Bears. Other than that, there weren't a whole lot of surprises. Andre Hall had a couple of nice runs.

New England Patriots: QB Corey Bramlet, WR Eddie Berlin, WR John Stone, TE Chris Luzar, DT Eddie Freeman, LB Monty Beisel, LB Chad Brown, LB Jeremy Mincey, CB Eric Warfield, and CB Vernell Brown.
PFC Analysis: The Patriots are choosing to go with two quarterbacks, Brady and Cassell. Chad Brown and Eric Warfield are both veterans who may find spots elsewhere in the league for teams that are hurting. After the Patriots signed Junior Seau, they already had the veteran they needed.

St. Louis Rams: RB John David Washington, WR Brandon Middleton, WR Brad Pyatt, WR Taylor Stubblefield, WR Clinton Solomon, TE Alex Holmes, G/T Ben Noll, C Donovan Raiola, OT Drew Strojny, DE Matthew Rice, LB Mike Goolsby, S Deandre’ Eiland, and P Andy Groom.
PFC Analysis: No surprises with the Rams cuts. They are already pretty much settled at their positions after signing Stephen Davis yesterday.
