The New England Patriots have acquired cornerback Duane Starks of the Arizona Cardinals in exchange for a third-round draft pick in April. The teams also exchanged their fifth round picks.

After letting Ty Law go, the Patriots needed some help at cornerback. The Patriots usually know the right guys they need to fit their system, and Starks should be thrilled.
