The St. Louis Rams didn't wait very long to get Issac Bruce back. Just four days after being released by the team, Bruce came to an agreement on a three-year deal with the team. The move to cut Bruce originally was made to save $8 million in salary cap.
When the NFL announced that they came to an agrrement on the collective bargaining issue, the Rams had the money they needed to get Bruce back.
"I'm excited that we have worked out a deal," said Rams head coach Scott Linehan. "I'd been optimistic all along that we would be able to get this done. He epitomizes what it means to be a Ram. He has meant a lot to this organization both on and off the field and I'm excited that will continue."
Bruce has been with the Rams for his entire 12-year career. This past season, he missed five games to a turf toe injury.
