Cleveland, OH. (PFCritics) -- The Baltimore Ravens signed wide receiver Demetrius Williams to a three-year deal on Monday. Williams, a wide receiver, will compete for the third receiving position this year. Derrick Mason and Mark Clayton will definitely be the starters, but Williams has to compete with Devard Darling and Clarence Moore.

The only Ravens pick that has not been signed is first-round pick Haloti Ngata.
