The Washington Redskins have hired Jerry Gray as their new defensive backs coach, replacing DeWayne Walker. Walker left to become the defensive coordinator at UCLA.

Gray used to be the defensive coordinator for the Buffalo Bills. Gray is now re-united with Gregg Williams of the Redskins, who was the head coach for three of the years that Gray was with Buffalo.

The Redskins also promoted Kirk Olivadotti to their defensive line coach and special teams assistant. Olivadotti was previously a defensive assistant.
