-
The Washington Redskins have signed wide receiver David Patten to a contract. Patten has been a New England Patriot for the past few seasons, and has been involved in all three of New England's recent Super Bowls.

Last season, Patte caught 44 passes for 800 yards and seven touchdowns. With Gardner and Coles likely being all but gone from the Redskins, the team is in desperate need for receivers.
