Despite having an injured shoulder, Cleveland Browns running back Reuben Droughns should get the start this week against the Baltimore Ravens. Don't expect the Browns to have a lot of success in running the ball though, because the Ravens have the top ranked run defense in the league so far.

The Browns may look to open things up in the passing game with Kellen Winslow, and may try to utilize backup running back Jerome Harrison more often, who has better hands than Droughns and has more of a burst to the outside.
