A.J. Feeley was competing for the Miami Dolphins starting quarterback position a few weeks ago with Gus Frerotte. Frerotte has been named the official starter for Week 1, but Feeley has fallen all the way down to third-string.

The team announced that Sage Rosenfels will be the backup quarterback after an impressive preseason. Rosenfels started one game for the Dolphins last year.

If Frerotte is not the answer for the Dolphins to start the season, we will likely be seeing Rosenfels instead of Feeley.
