The New Orleans Saints will play their home opener in New York Giants stadium. Why does it seem like a bigger disadvantage? Because they will be facing the New York Giants.

The opener for the Saints was originally scheduled for September 18th. The New York Jets play at home on the 18th, so the Saints vs. Giants game will like be moved to Saturday, September 17th.

The official start time of the game is to be determined.

"We are in the process of working out the specific arrangements, including the day and kickoff time and plans for television coverage," said Paul Tagliabue said.

Ticket information for the game will be announced soon.
