The San Francisco 49'ers have signed 11-year veteran wide reciever Johnnie Morton, who has spent the past several years with the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs cut Morton after he didn't want to take a pay cut.

Morton won't have a lot of competition, with Brandon Lloyd being his only real threat at the moment. Morton could easily be the number one receiver for a 49'ers team that finished 2-14 last season.
