The Seattle Seahawks have traded CB Kris Richard to the Miami Dolphins in exchange for DE Ronald Flemons. Richard was a third-round draft pick in 2002, but spent his time as a backup or special teams player while with the team.

Flemons has only played in six games during his four-year career with Atlanta and Miami.
