With the fifteenth pick in the NFL Draft, the St. Louis Rams selected cornerback Tye Hill of Clemson. Hill was selected before cornerback Jimmy Williams, who the Rams were reportedly interested in. The Rams moved down in the draft for this pick and were able to acquire an extra third round pick along the way.
