Cleveland, OH. (PFCritics) -- The Pittsburgh Steelers signed Marvin Philip to a deal on Monday. At 6-foot-1, 307 pounds, Philip will compete for a backup spot on the Steelers' talented offensive line. A sixth-round draft pick, Philip played for California in college.

Meanwhile, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed sixth-round draft pick Bruce Gradkowsi to a deal on Monday as well. Gradkowski, a quarterback from Toledo, completed 68.2 percent of his passes during his college career. To make room for Gradkowski, the Buccaneers released fullback Robert Douglas.
