The Pittsburgh Steelers have agreed to a four year $3.27 million contract with Richard Colclough. Colclough is expected to compete with Deshea Townsend and Chad Scott at starting cornerback, but will likely be the primary backup to them.

Colclough was the 38th overall pick in the NFL, and the first second round pick to sign with a team.
