The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed wide receiver Cedrick Wilson to a four-year deal for $8 million. The Steelers were in need of a receiver since Plaxico Burress will not be returning to the team.
Wilson has spent the past four seasons with the San Francisco 49'ers. Wilson was one of the teams bright spots last season despite a 2-14 record. Wilson played 15 games and had 47 catches for 641 yards and three touchdowns.
Wilson will compete with Antwaan Randle El for the other starting receiver position. Hines Ward already has the other spot locked up.
