The Tennessee Titans were finally able to sign CB Adam Jones to a five-year deal, ending his holdout. Jones wanted to play in Atlanta this week, but that won't happen because Jones waited too long.
Jones' first practice will be on Sunday, after the teams next exhibition game. Jones was the sixth overall pick in the draft, and was really needed by the Titans after cutting starting CB Samari Rolle and letting their other starting CB Andre Dyson go.
"All I want to do is help the team," Jones said. "I've been through so much with everything that's going on. I've kept my head high, and hopefully, everything will work out."
