Pittsburgh Steelers starting safety Troy Polamula tweaked his ankle in practice Thursday and has been added to the team's injury report. He is currently listed as probable.
It is not yet known what actually caused the injury. Only certain reporters are allowed to view the practice sessions, and details were not given.
Polamula has been a huge part of the Steelers advancing to the Super Bowl. In three road playoff games, he has 19 tackles, one interception, and half of a sack.
"He's not like any other safety I have ever seen," said Steelers defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau.
Although Polamula is listed on the report, he is expected to start and play most of the game.
