The Minnesota Vikings signed offensive lineman Ryan Cook to a four-year deal on Wednesday. Cook, as second-round draft pick from New Mexico, was be guaranteed about $1.5 million in his contract.

Cook was a three-time first team All-Mountain West Conference selection. Being selected with the 51st overall selection, Cook can play both guard and center. The only draft picks that the Vikings need to sign are second-round quarterback Tarvaris Jackson and first-round linebacker Chad Greenway. Training camp for rookies begins on July 27th for the Vikings.
